We share information with insurance carriers and underwriting service providers when you ask us to quote or apply for coverage, and with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM and form provider, website hosting and analytics), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support our messaging.

When you apply for coverage, the personal, financial and health information you provide is nonpublic personal information protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws. We use it only to quote, apply for and service your coverage and share it only with the insurance companies and underwriting service providers involved in your application. Each insurer will give you its own privacy notice, which governs how it uses your information.
