Do I need insurance experience?
No. Many of our advisors started with no insurance background. We provide training, mentorship and guidance on getting your state life insurance license.
Do I need a license?
Yes — a state life and health insurance license is required to sell insurance. We'll walk you through pre-licensing education and the exam process.
Is this a salaried job?
No. Advisors are independent contractors paid on commission, with no cap on earnings. Income depends entirely on your effort, skill and consistency, and results vary widely.
Can veterans and first responders work part-time?
Yes. Many team members start part-time while transitioning out of the military or alongside another career, and build from there.
